1. Introduction
ForgePro LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the SalesWorkx mobile application and
related services (the “App”). SalesWorkx is a business performance and sales management platform
designed for companies and their authorized users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use,
disclose, and protect personal information when you use SalesWorkx.
2. Eligibility
SalesWorkx is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
3. Information We Collect
Account Information: First and last name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, login
credentials (email/password, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In).
Business & Performance Data: Sales and proposal data, performance metrics, uploaded photos, in-app
chat messages. This data is owned by the company that licenses SalesWorkx.
Payment Information: Processed via Apple In-App Purchases, Google Play Billing, or Stripe (processed
by ForgePro LLC). We do not store full credit card numbers.
Microphone Access: May be requested for authorized voice-related features.
Communications: Service emails, marketing emails, push notifications, SMS messages. Users may opt
out of marketing communications.
4. How We Use Information
To provide and operate SalesWorkx, enable performance tracking, process payments, provide support,
improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Data Ownership
If you use SalesWorkx as an employee or contractor, your company owns business and performance
data generated in the App. Personal login credentials remain your personal data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with employers, authorized company users,
payment processors, or when required by law.
7. International Users & GDPR
SalesWorkx is available globally. Data is stored on secure AWS infrastructure located in the United
States. Users in the EEA, UK, or other regions may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or
portability of their personal data by contacting hi@forgeprosuite.com.
8. Account Deletion
Individual users may request deletion of login credentials. Business records remain property of the
licensing company. Deletion requests may be submitted to hi@forgeprosuite.com.
9. Data Retention
We retain data as necessary to provide services, maintain company records, and comply with legal
obligations.
10. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including AWS security measures.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
